GENERAL CONDITIONS

For each delivery order, customers must specify at least one contact telephone number to enable the courier to contact them in case of delivery difficulties. If a delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Bikiniworld or the express courier, after 2 consecutive attempts, storage or re-delivery costs shall be charged as calculated by the courier; or the customer concerned may pick up the product at the courier’s sorting facilities.

• Should one or more products not be available immediately (out-of-stock) we reserve the right to cancel or delay shipment, replace the missing items, or deliver items that are in stock, as agreed with the customer.

• Bikiniworld Srl guarantees the utmost professionalism in every purchasing phase. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The company disclaims any liability for delays not attributable to it or problems related to the customs legislation of the country where the goods have to be delivered to.
